2.Description of HBP60/20 Band-Pass Filter:

HBP60/20 is a type of active bandpass signal filter designed for 60Hz power frequency signal among HBP×××/×× series bandpass filters, the signal of central frequency can obtain 20dB gain, and other out-band harmonics signals are attenuated. The module is featured with good frequency selection characteristics, good in-band flatness and good consistence between modules etc. The module adopts thin film hybrid integration technology, high precision thin film resistor network and precision capacitor make the electric circuit still have stable and ideal amplitude-frequency characteristic and temperature characteristic even if it is designed to be in high order filtration topological structure. The electric circuit is equipped with ESD design to prevent peak interference.
The module can be applied to signal frequency selection and filtration of the system, gain, central frequency and mathematical model for filtration can be adjusted and customized according to the requirements of the user.

4.Principle of type selection  of HBP60/20 Band-Pass Filter

For active filter, it is not necessary to consider the index of differential loss of passive filter. First, determine the central frequency, then, determine the gain according to the need of electric circuit. The nearer the out-band interference frequency point is to the central frequency, the greater the number of stages (orders) designed for filter, the more complicated the electric circuit, and the poorer the amplitude-frequency characteristic and temperature characteristic. Therefore, the out-band attenuation shall be determined according to actual need, don’t pursue high attenuation too much. The flatness index is also associated with the complexity of electric circuit, and this index can be relaxed accordingly if there are not special requirements.
The insertion of filter will make phase shift of signal, the more distant the filter is from the central frequency, the greater the phase shift will be.
We will determine the mathematical model of filter and select Butterworth, Chebyshev, elliptic or Bethel filter topological structure, and we can design and manufacture precision active filter with the number of stages up to 8 so as to meet the requirements of the user.
