3. Description of HMSK4310 Brushless Motor Driver

HMSK4310 is a three-phase motor driver with a speed ring, it can provide continuous output current with 10A and motor power supply with 55V, internal contain HALL reaction, switching circuit, and three-phase bridge driver circuit, in addition, it also contain programmable current-limiting protection of users.
This series of products are made of thick film hybrid integrated process, metal sealed package. Product design and manufacturing meet the requirements of MIL-STD and detailed specifications, the quality level is H-class.

Note 1: C1=C3≥10μf/50V(choose according to need),C2=C4=C8=0.1μF±5%/50V,C5=0.01μF±5%/50V,C6≥100μf/100V(choose according to need),C7≥10μf/100V;
Note 2: R1=20KΩ±5%,R2=R3=100KΩ±5%;
Note 3: VCC=15V±5%,VCC=-15V±5%,VS=28V±5%;
Note 4: HALLA、HALLB和HALLC phase shift 120°,TTL square wave.
Note 5: 4.0V≤VCON≤4.5V

Supply bypass:
Power supply VS should have sufficient bypass capacitors to ensure proper operation, otherwise it may be unstable and reduce efficiency, and the output may be oscillated. Vs power supply should be add a ceramic capacitor at least 1μF, and then a low ESR value of the bypass capacitor in parallel, the size of selected at least 10μf/A; For VCC  should also add a ceramic capacitor with 0.1μF and a low ESR value with 6.8μF-10μF of the bypass capacitor in parallel.
