DC/AC Power Supply Module Design Based on Hybrid Integrated Technology

Abstract : DC/AC Power supply module as the heart of electronic system ,the quality of its paramenters electrical performance directly affect the reliability of electronic systems equipment.Based on hybrid integrated technology,a kind of DC/AC power supply module is designed and decribed in this paper. The design ideas and implementation methods are also given.
