Development of Two-way R/D Converter with High Precision and High Reliability Specially for Aerospac

Abstract: The paper introduces application background and overall design scheme of two-way R/D converter with high precision and high reliability specially developed for aerospace project. The paper elaborates key circuit designs such as 64 sector function generator, bipolar voltage controlled oscillator and phase self-adaptation etc. and key processes and solutions such as inner atmosphere control of hi-rel HIC and Au-Al bonding etc, and also gives key technical specifications and test results. The achievement of the paper can be used as theoretical basis for high class HIC of the same kind.
