Design and Implementation of BD RF Front-end Low Noise  Amplifier Module

Abstract : This paper introduces the optimization design of low noise amplifier module applied in BD RF transceiver front end .An S band low noise amplifier (LNA) is  design based on the design theory and method of LNA. The circuit adopts the structure of three-stage amplifier. Input ,output and stage matching network is designed with microstrip and LC  components. The whole design is simulated and optimized by Agilent's microwave circuit software ADS.And by  schematic-PCB co-simulation, the design is much more closed to real environment.Its operation frequency is 2491.75MHz,NF is less than 1.5dB,gain is greater than 50dB.Measure results satisfy the design requirement.
