Design of a high precision temperature converter circuit

Abstract: According to the electrical properties, characteristics and errors of temperature converter of AD590, in this paper a method is introduced to compensate for it. This paper focuses on a circuit structure to improve the accuracy and practicability of temperature detection. The hybrid integrated process of the thin film improves the reliability of the temperature circuit. The design of this circuit can satisfy the high requirement of temperature detection. That used in the circuit system of aviation and aerospace etc.
