Design of Brushless DC Motor current loop control system based on ATmega16
Abstract：The servo system is widely used with the development of power electronic technology and modern control theory. Brushless DC motor has advantages of high operating efficiency, low loss and good speed performance compared with the ordinary motor. The current closed-loop drive is widely used in Brushless DC motor driver because of constant torque output. This paper designs the current loop drive control system based on the master chip ATmega16, including the AD sampling circuit, DA output circuit, drive circuit. The software is programmed by C language based on MCU, and output the duty ratio of the adaptive signal to complete the current closed-loop drive. The control circuit is simplified and the control precision is quantified, and it also has the strong function expansion. This paper has a certain theoretical significance and practical value for the current loop drive control technology.
